EU Right of Withdrawal

If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your last item, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You can start a return or cancellation request through your customer account. If you checked out with a phone number only, please use the returns link in your SMS order confirmation.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us. Return shipping costs are your responsibility.

We will refund your order, including the standard outbound shipping cost, within 14 days of receiving the returned items. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Exemptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to final sale products.
